HouseMaster features verified land listings across Greater Accra, Ashanti Region, Central Region, and throughout Ghana in addition to residential apartments, houses, villas, and commercial spaces. You can filter specifically for serviced plots, titled farmland, or commercial acreage directly from our search page.

Using our comprehensive search filters makes it easy to refine results by property class (Residential, Commercial, Land), transaction type (Rent or Sale), location/neighborhood, price range, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and specific amenities (such as swimming pool, backup generator, security, or water reservoir).

Simply click the bookmark icon on any listing card while browsing to add the property to your favorites. You can review your saved listings anytime from your account dashboard and receive notification alerts whenever a listing is updated or adjusted in price.

• In-App Messaging: Click the message icon on the listing or seller profile to chat securely within HouseMaster.
• WhatsApp: Click the WhatsApp button to initiate a direct chat with the seller.

To create an account, click the Sign Up button in the top navigation bar. Select whether you are creating an account as a Property Owner or a Commercial Real Estate Agent/Agency, fill out your profile details, and you can begin listing properties right away.

A Verified badge means HouseMaster has independently reviewed and validated the seller's national identity credentials, business registration certificates, or property ownership documentation. Verified sellers display a trusted badge on their profile and listing cards, giving seekers confidence that the seller is legitimate.

Any user who submits government-issued identification (such as a Ghana Card), business registration documents from the Registrar General’s Department, or verified proof of authorization/title from the property owner. Once vetted by our compliance team, the verified seller badge is activated.

Published listings remain active on the platform for up to 90 days. If the property is still on the market after this period, you can easily renew or relist it from your dashboard with one click.

Top ads and featured positions are part of our premium boost packages. Boosting a listing elevates its ranking in search feeds, features it in home-page carousels, and drives significantly higher views and inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants.
